INFORMATION pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 art. 13 of the "Personal Data Protection Code".

Hereby we inform you that your personal and identifying data will be entered into and recorded in our company archive. In accordance with Legislative Decree n.196/2003 we therefore inform you that:

• such data is acquired and processed exclusively for administrative and accounting purposes, relating to the management of the contractual relationship entered into with you, and/or for the fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations. Therefore the contribution of these details is obligatory, with reference to the execution of the obligations and fulfilments connected to the contractual relationship;
• the processing of this data is carried out in hard copy and also with IT and electronic tools ;
• in every case, such processing is carried out in a legal and proper manner, in accordance with the necessary security measures, as set out by Legislative Decree n.196/03.
• this data will be processed and used by our company exclusively for the aforementioned accounting and administrative purposes, and therefore will not be disclosed or passed on, except in cases required by law and in order to fulfil the obligations thereof;
• the owner of the processing of the data is Aldo Biancone, Ltd, represented by its Managing Director Mrs Patrizia Biancone, with registered office in Rome, 45, Via di Quarto Rubbie; Mrs Lorena Setini, with professional domicile at Aldo Biancone Ltd, is responsible for data processing; - the person concerned may exercise his/her rights in accordance with art. 7 of the Code relating to the protection of personal data in force from 01/01/2004 which provides:

Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights -

1. The subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal information, even if not yet recorded, and to receive it in an intelligible form.
2. The subject has the right to obtain information about:
   1. the origin of the personal data;
   2. the purposes and method of processing;
      1. the logic applied in the event of data processing through electronic tools.
      2. the information necessary to identify the owner, the person responsible for data handling and the designated representative in accordance with
      3. article 5, paragraph 2:
      4. the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be disclosed, or who can get hold of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, persons in charge, or officials.
         
         
   3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
      1. the update, correction or, where relevant, the integration of the data;
      2. the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, or block of any data processed in violation of the law, including information which does not need to be stored for the purposes for which it was collected and handled;
      3. certification that the operations described in point a) and b) have been notified, also in terms of their content, to those to whom the data has been disclosed or passed on, unless this notification proves to be impossible or implies a use of means disproportionate compared to the protected right.
   4. The person concerned has the right to object, either fully or in part, to:
      1. the processing of his/her personal data, even if relevant to the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate reasons;
      2. the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sale, or for market research or commercial information.
